About The Position

Responsibilities: Acts as operations business partner, supports operative and strategic planning process and forecast the financial costing and budget Masters data management products and monitors raw material cost development, ensuring the accuracy of costing in the system, and process cost accounting and analysis Prepares standard cost calculation and management, maintains standard cost of materials in the SAP system according to the standard cost guideline Conducts business analysis, including variance analysis, continuous improvement analysis and product costing Monitors and leans business processes, prepares monthly reporting/plant P&L Responsible for CAPEX management and inventory management Coordinates and manages transfer pricing matters Supports internal controls activities and projects Qualifications: Bachelor degree, ideally with focus on accounting or finance management Over 5 years work experience, accounting, finance or commerce experience Good communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of IFRS and changes, good knowledge of local finance/controlling policies, taxation rules and other local obligations Good knowledge about products, business, market & production technologies Ability to have solution oriented ways of working Good level of local language and mandatory English Good understanding of accounting and finance IT systems The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion. Requirements

  • Bachelor degree, ideally with focus on accounting or finance management
  • Over 5 years work experience, accounting, finance or commerce experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of IFRS and changes, good knowledge of local finance/controlling policies, taxation rules and other local obligations
  • Good knowledge about products, business, market & production technologies
  • Ability to have solution oriented ways of working
  • Good level of local language and mandatory English
  • Good understanding of accounting and finance IT systems
