About The Position

Presidential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Plant Boiler Operator for a hands-on role in French Camp, California. The operator will help keep plant operations safe and efficient by operating, monitoring, and maintaining high-pressure boilers and related equipment. The role involves boiler inspections, monitoring operating conditions, water treatment testing and chemical dosing, troubleshooting and minor repairs, and documenting equipment performance. The operator must follow safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and plant safety procedures. Rotating shifts, weekends, or on-call work may be required.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience operating industrial boilers in a plant or manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of steam systems, water treatment, and combustion controls.
Ability to read and interpret gauges, meters, and technical manuals.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, or on-call as required.
Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Valid California Boiler Operator license or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain high-pressure boilers and related plant equipment.
Perform routine inspections of boiler systems, steam lines, and auxiliary equipment.
Monitor gauges, meters, and control panels to ensure optimal operating conditions.
