About The Position

Presidential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Plant Boiler Operator for a hands-on role in French Camp, California. The operator will help keep plant operations safe and efficient by operating, monitoring, and maintaining high-pressure boilers and related equipment. Duties include inspecting boiler systems and steam lines, monitoring controls and operating conditions, testing and treating boiler water, troubleshooting mechanical issues, documenting equipment performance, and following applicable safety procedures.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience operating industrial boilers in a plant or manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of steam systems, water treatment, and combustion controls.
• Ability to read and interpret gauges, meters, and technical manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, or on-call as required.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Valid California Boiler Operator license or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain high-pressure boilers and related plant equipment.
• Perform routine inspections of boiler systems, steam lines, and auxiliary equipment.
• Monitor gauges, meters, and control panels to maintain optimal operating conditions.
• Conduct water treatment testing and chemical dosing to maintain boiler water quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate operational logs and document equipment performance data.
• Follow safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and plant safety procedures.
