About The Position
The purpose of this position is to review, and approve all construction plans (commercial, residential, swimming pools, solar panels, signs, communication tower, lawn irrigation and all trade permit plans) to comply with building codes and ordinances. Conduct disaster incident evaluations. This job works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences.
