As a Plans Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our Carefree Maintenance Plan members while working with a team that values customer service, teamwork, and professional growth. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents and reports
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous in all customer interactions
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
  • Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods, as well as occasional standing and movement throughout the workday

Responsibilities

  • Process new Carefree Maintenance Plan agreements accurately and efficiently
  • Engage with new and existing customers during sign-ups, maintenance visits, and renewal periods
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and current maintenance plan members
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Generate and review reports to track productivity, membership growth, and customer metrics
  • Identify customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Handle challenging customer situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain accurate records and demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of the role
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
