The Planogram Coordinator is responsible for creating plan-o-grams for the stores using Photoshop and Excel. Plan-o-grams are the diagrams and directions that direct placement of our retail products on the shelves, fixtures, and displays. This role involves analyzing item productivity using sales reports and working directly with divisional teams regarding plan-o-grams, merchandising standards, and calendars. The coordinator will also manage the organization, inflow, and outflow of product samples in the planogram room, ensuring accuracy in check-ins and product dimension verification. Additionally, the role supports planogram signage, assists with inventory management, and demonstrates awareness and compliance with loss prevention, safety policies, and procedures. Occasional travel to stores for merchandising support, including resets and new store sets, is also required.
