About The Position

This is a Hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the Goodlettsville, TN office supporting Houchens. The role involves leveraging Blue Yonder, CKB, and space management tools to create planograms and conduct high-quality analysis, synthesizing data from multiple sources. The analyst will evaluate item performance, optimize assortment planning, and develop store clustering strategies through the space planning and planogram creation process. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential to translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive client success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience with a broad range of consultative and analytical techniques, systems, and concepts
• Current working knowledge of space planning and planogram creation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of syndicated data analysis tools and POG software for customer planogram development
• Strong communication and influencing skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in CPG, marketing, advertising, business, or other sales or retail-related field

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze planograms using Blue Yonder (JDA), CKB, retailer POS, and syndicated data to support space management, assortment optimization, and store clustering initiatives
• Develop and refresh weekly POS and monthly category dashboards; deliver actionable insights through clear storytelling and presentations
• Support space planning and POG development, translating analysis into client‑focused recommendations
• Apply advanced analytics (e.g., regression analysis, test-and-learn) to evaluate performance, promotions, and growth opportunities
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and clients to drive strategic planning and sales initiatives
• Leverage CROSSMARK tools and best practices to deliver consultative insights that drive profitable growth
