About The Position

This role will collaborate with internal teams, the client, and brands to ensure that planograms for the cosmetics walls are received and produced accurately for annual resets. The Planogram Analyst will be a critical client/brand interface, preparing agendas for and leading weekly brand update conference calls. They will create and maintain brand-specific product/fixture relationship spreadsheets, analyze new products for fixture type matchups, and work with engineering and project management to confirm. The role involves working with brands on planogram development based on determined fixture merchandising space and planogram requirements, reviewing incoming planograms for accuracy, identifying set issues, and effectively communicating updates. The analyst will process planograms into and out of Datacube to create BOMs and accurate planogram documentation, monitor and enforce various timelines with brands for multiple retailers to meet program timing, and become an expert with all brand products and related fixture inserts/components. Additionally, the role includes monitoring brand graphics and COW inventory, providing monthly reports, recommending inventory replenishment quantities, and preparing all brand quotes for retailer resets, graphics collating, and reruns of custom parts. The Planogram Analyst will work with Engineering to ensure custom trays meet retailer and brand requirements, and with project managers to ensure BOMs are correctly constructed to meet planogram requirements.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous retail experience or CPG experience
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects, work independently
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work well in teams and to communicate with clients both verbally and via email
  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Responsibilities

  • Prepare agenda for and lead weekly brand update conference calls.

  • Analyze new products for fixture type matchups and work with engineering and project management to confirm.
  • Work with brands on planogram development based on determined fixture merchandising space and planogram requirements.
