This role is responsible for processing new accounts, transfers, annuities, and account servicing requests while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance throughout the implementation process. Responsibilities

  • Process new account applications, transfers, and rollovers
  • Review paperwork for completeness and accuracy prior to submission
  • Assist with account funding requests and MoneyLinks
  • Coordinate with custodians regarding account setup requirements
  • Monitor pending business and outstanding requirements
  • Support implementation of approved client recommendations
  • Process annuity applications and related documentation
  • Monitor pending applications and follow up with carriers
  • Track outstanding requirements and status updates
  • Assist with policy servicing requests
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Process account maintenance and servicing requests
  • Assist with Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) processing
  • Update account information and client records
  • Support paper and paperless enrollment requests
  • Coordinate with custodians and vendors regarding service requests
  • Maintain accurate workflow trackers and operational systems
  • Update client records and documentation in firm systems
  • Monitor task deadlines and follow established procedures
  • Assist with resolving outstanding requirements and corrections
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready digital records
  • Work closely with advisors, client service staff, and operations team members
  • Communicate status updates and operational issues proactively
  • Support department projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
