Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 year supply chain ERP/MRP systems experience
  • 4 years supply chain analysis experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across international markets and entities to support Supply Chain initiatives through analysis.
  • Reduce inventory levels without decreasing customer service levels.
  • Minimize supply chain scrap expenses to improve asset management.
  • Optimize raw material, sub assembly and/or finished goods flow.
  • Conduct demand & supply forecasts analysis to ensure all relevant business requirements/trends are incorporated and appropriately reflected.
  • Extract data from ERP system to create various moderately complex reports used to identify inventory management, expired inventory, stock rotation initiatives, and other inventory/stocking issues.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information that is entered in the ERP system.
  • Assist with system implementations to improve forecasting and demand requirements planning.
  • Prepare, summarize and present data accuracy, delivery performance & other key metrics to assess performance, modify production plans & assess/prioritize focused improvement efforts to mid-level management.
  • Publish KPI's as required for all inventory related metrics including forecast accuracy, DIOH, scrap reporting, line order fill rate, stock levels and PD delivery performance.
  • Establish back up plans for scenarios related to potential changes in product offerings, customer volumes, manufacturing changes, etc.
  • Manage accuracy of product identifiers in reports and systems by planning for new products and obsoleting outdated products.
  • Identify and potentially be involved in process improvement projects which improve customer service levels, improve product flows, minimize supply chain costs and improve asset management.
  • Develop & maintain excellent cross-divisional, cross-functional and multi-geographical relationships with key business partners.
  • Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.
