About The Position

The Planning Operations Associate role is responsible for managing item data integrity, coordinating cross-functional updates, and optimizing processes related to product information. They support the planning team by ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of item information and updates.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven Microsoft Office skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment with a focus on meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information in internal systems.
  • Maintain and update item master data, including product attributes, pricing, and lifecycle changes.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies in item data.
  • Support cross-functional projects related to product data, system enhancements, and workflow improvements.
  • Provide timely and accurate product information to support demand planning and inventory management.
  • Maintain and update item information in planning and inventory systems.
