Requirements

  • Bachelor's or BS degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent experience per business requirements.
  • At least 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 4 years with a Master's degree, or 2 years with a PhD in a related field.
  • Proven experience with the software development lifecycle, including system design, development, testing, and implementation.
  • Proficiency in executing and documenting software test cases and results.
  • Snowflake/HANA or any SQL knowledge
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience solving complex production system issues.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

  • Previous experience managing projects of small to medium size and complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and system specifications.
  • Map business needs to system capabilities, recommending effective and scalable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and document system requirements.
  • Configure system settings and options to align with business objectives.
  • Design workflows, charts, and diagrams to visualize and optimize system processes.
  • Plan, execute, and document unit, integration, and acceptance testing to ensure system reliability and quality.
  • Identify and address test scenarios, develop and execute test scripts, and compile detailed quality assurance reports.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot systems and applications to resolve complex issues in production environments.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to diagnose and solve technical and operational challenges.
  • Serve as a technical lead for specific subsystems or small features, managing small to medium-sized projects with efficiency.
  • Continuously assess and refine current business procedures, identifying opportunities for systemic and procedural improvements.
  • Apply extensive expertise in the software development lifecycle, data analysis, and database management to deliver optimal project outcomes.
