About The Position

Spang Engineered Solutions, a division of Spang & Company has an opening for an Customer Service Representative based at our Pittsburgh office. This position will be responsible for performing customer service functions and ERP data entry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • At least one year of internship or office experience in customer service, logistics, scheduling, or production planning.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Occasional domestic travel is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems

Responsibilities

  • Handling ERP (IFS) entries for customers, contacts, addresses, and order processing.
  • Sending order documentation to customers
  • Creating quotes and orders in IFS
  • Providing order status updates
  • Monitoring a shared inbox and phone line
  • Ensuring accurate data entry for inventory, purchase, sales part records, and supplier information.
