About The Position
Spang Engineered Solutions, a division of Spang & Company has an opening for an Customer Service Representative based at our Pittsburgh office. This position will be responsible for performing customer service functions and ERP data entry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
- At least one year of internship or office experience in customer service, logistics, scheduling, or production planning.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Occasional domestic travel is required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ERP systems
Responsibilities
- Handling ERP (IFS) entries for customers, contacts, addresses, and order processing.
- Sending order documentation to customers
- Creating quotes and orders in IFS
- Providing order status updates
- Monitoring a shared inbox and phone line
- Ensuring accurate data entry for inventory, purchase, sales part records, and supplier information.
