About The Position

We are currently hiring a Planning Co-op at our Cincinnati Brewery. This is a 6-month Co-op running from July 2026 - Dec. 2026. Working in our Cincinnati Brewery, the co-op will support projects that are focused on improving workflow, uniformity of process, and adaptability of current/future tooling. The co-op will use their engineering background along with strategy to help analyze problems, support determining solutions and monitor the results.

Requirements

Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations planning, or business and engineering.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills.
Self-starter, proactive.
Proven problem solving/conflict resolution skills; be able to think through issues and arrive at well-thought conclusions.
Able to impact and effect positive change with a flexible, open-minded, positive approach.
Demonstrated ability to be successful in a collaborative team environment.
Competent in using Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States, now or in the future

Nice To Haves

Experience in high-speed manufacturing environment a plus.
Previous co-op experience within an industrial environment a plus

Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of foundational planning changeover matrix through cross departmental development to assist repeatability of our planning processes.
Analyze current losses in regards to ingredient and material planning & perform formalized problem solving to identify the root cause.
Recommend/implement countermeasures from findings.
Support experiments that lead to our next improvement around planning efficiencies.
Work on special projects around implementation of MRP, EWM, and Kinaxis programs.
