About The Position

As a Planning and Advice Associate, you serve as a trusted partner for our workplace and personal investment customers. You will engage in inbound and outbound conversations, provide guidance on retirement and/or investment needs, and help clients navigate Fidelity’s products, services, and planning tools. You will develop relationship‑building, planning, and service to sales skills through a structured development path with comprehensive training and licensing support. The Planning and Advice team helps individuals build confidence in their financial future through personalized planning and investment guidance. Team members partner with workplace participants and personal investing clients to understand their needs, build trusted relationships, and connect them with solutions aligned to their goals. As part of a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, associates follow a structured development path designed to build financial planning expertise, client relationship skills, and consultative capabilities. The team leverages Fidelity's planning tools, research, investment solutions, and business partnerships to deliver personalized experiences and support clients in achieving long-term financial well-being.

Requirements

  • Strong client relationship and consultative experience
  • Experience with inbound/outbound warm leads and customer engagement
  • Interest or knowledge in financial services and retirement planning
  • Strong communication, technology, and time‑management skills
  • Ability and flexibility to work in a “hybrid” work setting, both at home and in office
  • Aptitude to complete FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 upon hire
