About The Position

The New Product Integration (NPI) Planner supports the launch of new semiconductor products from development through production. Working in an SAP-based planning environment, this role coordinates materials, schedules, and supply chain activities with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Program Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, planning, procurement, or a related internship or co-op.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, or another high-tech industry.
• Experience with SAP ERP, MRP, inventory management, or production planning concepts.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material planning for prototype, qualification, and production builds.
• Review demand, inventory, and MRP signals in SAP to support material readiness.
• Create and maintain purchase requisitions, production orders, and planning transactions.
• Track critical materials, expedite shortages, and communicate schedule risks.
• Support product transitions from development through volume production.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet launch schedules and customer commitments.
• Maintain accurate SAP planning data, material parameters, and reports.
• Support continuous improvement in planning efficiency, inventory, and data accuracy.
