Requirements

BS degree or equivalent experience.
5–10 years in production planning or a closely related function.
Strong knowledge of production control, supply chain concepts, and MRP II.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A calm, organized approach to problem-solving.
Clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze data and turn it into practical decisions.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365, especially implementation.
Manufacturing experience in a similar industry.

Responsibilities

Build and adjust production schedules based on forecasts, orders, and capacity.
Manage the flow of materials and parts between departments.
Resolve schedule issues with production teams.
Track performance and report status updates.
Work with quality, shipping, and sales to shrink lead times and boost on-time delivery.
Monitor processes and spot opportunities to improve efficiency.
Ensure safety, environmental, and quality requirements are met.
Assist with other tasks as needed.
