About The Position

Taurus Industrial Group is seeking a Planner based in Bay City, Texas, with the position assigned onsite at a client location in Point Bay City. The Planner will support project planning and scheduling as Taurus continues to grow its energy and industrial services business.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access) and MS Project.
• Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Plan jobs.
• Conduct job walk downs.
• Create and manage schedules using MS Project.
• Perform resource leveling.
• Communicate and report project status.
• Set schedule priorities.
