About The Position

The Planner owns demand and supply planning for an assigned product portfolio, translating sales forecasts, historical trends, and inventory targets into actionable purchasing and replenishment plans. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Operations, and Finance to balance product availability against inventory investment, drive forecast accuracy, and ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
• Strong analytical and natural penchant for numbers
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High Integrity and a positive attitude
• Familiarity with S&OP / IBP processes

Nice To Haves

• ERP experience
• Experience in consumer products, retail, wholesale, or e-commerce
• Passion for product and trend awareness
