Planner Scheduler-Level 3
About The Position
WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Planner Scheduler-Level 3 for a 7-month contract assignment (W-2) supporting the Central Maintenance Planning team and overhaul planning for a Combined Cycle Power Generation Fleet. The role is based in Juno Beach, Florida, or Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and involves regular coordination with site personnel, fleet engineering, and the central maintenance organization. The successful candidate will manage a large workload, adapt as priorities shift, and meet or exceed established Major Maintenance Process commitments. The position develops job-specific plans for Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrument & Control work and reports to the onsite manager.
Requirements
- Prior power plant maintenance and/or planning experience.
- Experience with IBM Maximo.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Proficiency in technical procedure writing.

- Possession of a Quality Belt.
- Project Management Professional certification.
Responsibilities
- Develop maintenance work order packages for overhaul projects.
- Perform jobsite walk-downs and validate work scope.
- Support procurement of materials and services.
- Develop procedures for work execution.
- Establish accurate work order cost and schedule estimates.
