About The Position

The Planner Scheduler will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed resource-loaded Level 3–5 schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent, with a strong focus on data center, industrial, or power construction projects. This includes building integrated schedules covering civil, structural, architectural, MEP systems, equipment installation, and commissioning & turnover sequences. The role involves establishing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), supporting Schedule-Cost Monte Carlo Analysis, and developing schedules aligned with critical paths for energization and commissioning of key data center systems. Key responsibilities also include schedule control and reporting, performing critical path and float analysis, generating various progress updates and dashboards, and conducting site inspections to verify progress. The Planner Scheduler will coordinate with construction managers, engineering teams, procurement, subcontractors, and vendors, facilitate schedule review meetings, and manage risks and changes by identifying schedule risks, supporting delay analysis, and incorporating approved changes. Additionally, the role involves assisting with resource loading, productivity tracking, and aligning schedules with site logistics and labor availability.
