About The Position

CIMA is an industry leader in self-performing a wide variety of construction and environmentally sensitive projects. The company attributes its record of completing complex industrial projects to staffing them with highly qualified personnel who have direct project experience. The Planner Scheduler plans and coordinates maintenance with client employees, supports project managers, procures equipment and materials, and helps develop and maintain client maintenance processes. The role also includes conducting CIMA safety meetings, ensuring CIMA maintenance employees follow Athlon safety procedures, participating in walkthroughs, and assisting with work when needed. The position includes a weekly after-hours on-call rotation.

Requirements

Five or more years of experience.
Advanced-level SAP proficiency.
High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate maintenance with client employees.
Attend Athlon morning meetings to discuss future work and receive feedback.
Ensure project managers’ work is completed one week before the due date.
Update project managers with labor hours, employee counts, and materials as needed.
Run SAP at an advanced level.
Procure equipment and materials as needed.
Conduct CIMA safety meetings with maintenance employees on site.
Ensure CIMA maintenance employees follow all Athlon safety procedures.
Participate in a weekly after-hours on-call rotation.
Oversee and assist with walkthroughs.
Assist with the actual work if needed.
Organize and establish surplus/stores material for client maintenance.
Develop stores stock material part numbers.
Set up notifications for materials on the preventive maintenance schedule.
Help develop Athlon maintenance processes.
