Responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a large-scale, multi-phase critical electrical EPC data center program. The Planner ensures schedule integrity, logic, and risk visibility across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover.

Requirements

5+ years EPC planning/scheduling experience
Advanced P6 proficiency
Experience supporting large-scale industrial or data center projects
Strong analytical and communication skills
Hyperscale or mission-critical data center experience
Projects exceeding $250M value
Technical Scheduling Expertise
Ability to build logic-linked schedules
Critical path identification
Baseline vs forecast knowledge
EPC Knowledge
Understanding of electrical EPC sequencing
Commissioning and turnover workflows
Risk & Mitigation Scenario modeling
Schedule recovery planning
Communication
Executive-level reporting ability
Cross-functional coordination

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a fully logic-linked Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using P6
Establish baseline, forecast, and recovery schedules
Perform critical path, float, and variance analysis
Coordinate schedule inputs across EPC disciplines
Prepare executive dashboards and look-ahead schedules
Support mitigation and what-if schedule scenarios
