The position also involves employing continuous improvement to update Job Plans, conducting weekly planning and scheduling meetings with Production, and creating a Weekly Technician Schedule that utilizes 100% of available technician labor hours. The role focuses on improving planning and scheduling effectiveness through review processes and maintenance metrics, maintaining essential records, and training site employees on CMMS.
