Responsibilities

  • Continue developing mastery in internal buying and reporting tools, including platform interfaces and native tools for competitive landscape analysis, target digital consumption support, plan development, and reporting.
  • Support measurement planning, pixel generation, and third-party ad tracking needs with manager direction.
  • Traffic plan assets such as creative and required tracking tags.
  • Execute Quality Assurance (QA) of tracking functionality and creative units to identify and solve issues.
  • Create post-launch campaign information such as screenshots, links, and placement information to demonstrate proof of placement for clients.
  • Generate insertion orders within internal systems to reserve advertising space, ensuring accuracy of plan details and confirmation of delivery.
  • Support the setup of client Paid Social campaigns and posts via Paid Social platforms and third-party buying tools with manager oversight.
  • Take ownership of completing and monitoring internal team and client-facing financial tracking documents.
  • Monitor pacing and optimizations of active social campaigns across the client roster daily.
  • Generate high-level performance insights and recommendations relative to active client campaigns in tandem with a manager.
  • Own client roster reporting on campaign performance and proactively communicate issues to the internal team and managers.
  • Assist with reporting and data collection outside of the client roster as needed.
  • Support the development of proposals for paid social media campaigns across the active client roster.
  • Learn to create and present media-specific documents such as RFPs, media plans, objectives, and strategies decks.
  • Assist in analyzing proposals and partner negotiations.
  • Monitor new and emerging opportunities and applications in paid social media environments and apply that knowledge.
  • Assist with maintaining vendor meeting communication, updating internal weekly and monthly status documents, and maintaining team deliverables calendars.
  • Own and maintain active communication with internal client roster teams to manage timelines and cross-collaborative meetings.
  • Partner and build relationships with other internal teams (e.g., Analytics, Digital).
  • Participate in larger team projects with direct oversight from a Supervisor.
  • Attend agency learning sessions and vendor meetings.
  • Participate in internal and external learning and development opportunities (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Twitter Flight School).
