Position is located in SEMINOLE, OK Position Summary: The Production Planner (MRO) is responsible for overseeing all product repair planning activities to ensure successful delivery of products. In this position you’ll be responsible for producing schedules, material lists, and production plans. You’ll look at products that need to ship, help evaluate the production schedule, devise a plan for work to be scheduled and completed. Other duties include: Analyzes demand and plans supply in accordance, ensures efficient and quality execution of requirements and purchasing action messages, manages supplier delivery, quality, and cost performance and improvement. Collaborates with stakeholders on lead times, planning items and any related elements. Reads and reviews engineering drawings and documentation and coordinate any changes. Read, interpret, and create level Bill of Material. Evaluates shortages and manages prompt solutions keeping appropriate stakeholders informed of any potential problem as required. Ensuring material flow and production activity are aligned. Supports testing and certification requirements for new programs. Preserves engineering revision control. Confirm accuracy of pertinent data in the company ERP system. Handles basic issues and problems and escalates more complex issues to higher level staff. Tasks may vary slightly based on products produced at division.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Scheduling and Manufacturing planning.
  • Previous experience in operations, or supply chain/logistics.
  • MRP system experience.
  • Ability to read and analyze engineering prints.
  • MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to be onsite at our Seminole, OK is required.
