Responsibilities

• Plan and control high complexity manufacturing multiple line scheduling, considering business demands, manufacturing & material constrains.
• Responsible for line OTD (On-Time Delivery).
• Own tool configuration & slotting. Responsible for NPMA (Non Pure Manufacturing Activities) approval and allocation.
• Responsible for efficient line design in terms of: Responsiveness, Inventory & Linear work load.
• Control line's performances while driving for line KPIs improvement: OTD, EOP (End of Production), CT (Cycle Time), SOE (Schedule Order Efficiency).
• Control & support manufacturing capacity fulfillment. Manage training period allocation.
• Plan Field Support Activities.
• Be main contact to Product Support teams.
• Plan Mfg. activities at the field.
• Determine manufacturing needed capacity.
• Manage retrofit projects.
• Plan Home Tools support activities.
• Manage R&D needs.
• Be main contact to R&D teams.
• Manage Option build plan cycle.
