About The Position

As a Planner, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and communicating strategic plans that drive financial results. Partnering with the Planning, Merchant, and Allocation teams, as well as other cross functional partners will position you to maximize sales and create inventory plans which will delivery turn targets and profitability. You will support the financial goals for Vans Americas across the US and Canada Omni markets.

Requirements

Proven Planning experience in a fast paced Omni, Multiple Retail Concept environment.
Strong analytical and communication skills including the ability to read, analyze and interpret retail reports.
A proactive business management approach, completing all assignments and job duties in a timely manner.
Advanced computer skills including Excel and Word.
5+ years of experience and professional achievements.

Formal education in a related field is great to have.

Responsibilities

Perform pre-season and in-season planning activities including MFP and OTB across a category/gender/channel/market.
Analyze, consolidate, and report on sales, inventory, and replenishment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain demand forecasts, ensuring inventory levels align with sales trends, seasonal shifts, and financial targets.
Manage OTB across regions, monitoring sales and inventory, and identifying potential risks or opportunities to optimize stock levels across all channels.
Partner with Merchants to align on product assortment, ensuring the right balance of breadth, depth, and productivity.
Work closely with regional merchandising, allocation, and supply chain teams to ensure proper inventory distribution and replenishment.
