About The Position

TT Electronics is seeking an early-career Planner/Buyer I to help ensure materials, schedules, and resources align with customer commitments and operational needs in a manufacturing environment. The role works with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Sales Operations, and suppliers to plan production, manage material availability, and support efficient manufacturing processes. It offers hands-on experience in planning, purchasing, and ERP systems within a collaborative team.

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
0–2 years of planning, purchasing, supply chain, or manufacturing experience.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Must meet ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain production work orders in the ERP system.
Generate and manage purchase orders for production materials.
Monitor material availability and communicate potential shortages or risks.
Support production scheduling for assigned product lines.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status and delivery commitments.
Maintain accurate planning and purchasing information in ERP systems.
Support inventory accuracy and material availability initiatives.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Sales Operations to resolve planning and supply chain issues.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational performance.
