About The Position

The Beauty Division is seeking a Planner to drive the connection between product strategy and financial performance for E-Comm, Off-Price and Specialty retailers reporting into the Sr Director of Planning. This role will support divisional initiatives in partnership with Sales and Merchandising teams to maximize sales and profitability. The Planner provides data-driven insights, manages forecasting, and reporting to support Sales teams and leadership in achieving revenue targets. By leveraging market trends and customer data, this role helps optimize sales strategies across the wholesale business while bringing a strong perspective on account performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5+ years of experience in related role
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience working with retail or wholesale accounts and understanding of key metrics (sell-through, margin, inventory turn)
  • Strong Analytical and Business acumen
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage forecasting mechanisms for sales and planning teams across E-comm, Off-Price and Specialty retailers to support revenue targets and margin goals
  • Partner with Sales, Inventory Planning & Production to align buys across both financial and assortment strategies
  • Identify risks and opportunities throughout the season, recommend adjustments and flag concerns to appropriate stakeholders
  • Build reporting that helps to analyze weekly and seasonal performance by retailers, SKU, and category
  • Track sell-through, inventory levels, and profitability to identify trends and insights
  • Create and Maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support business visibility
  • Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve performance to cross-functional partners
  • Support Planning Leads, Sales Management and Account Executives with data, tools, and insights to drive growth
  • Collaborate with Sales and Licensing team to understand gaps to annual royalty commitments and forecasts
  • Set-up and maintain pre-season and in-season buy plan analysis to inform selling strategies and account plans
  • Partner with Sales and Production partners to optimize assortments and identify opportunities within key accounts
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and reporting
  • Improve planning processes, tools, and efficiencies through technology and best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and enhance business performance
  • Create and manage ad-hoc reporting as needed
