Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years’ experience in Affiliate / Performance Marketing with a focus on high-volume, high-touch affiliate relationships and direct response campaigns. [CPA, CPL]
  • Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the affiliates programs and to expand upon that success and organically grow client accounts and improve performance metrics
  • Experience in leveraging site analytics for analysis / insights
  • Advanced MS Excel fluency required

Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly reports for clients (internal & external) including communicating key metrics, goal attainment and opportunity identification
  • Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize education performance media campaigns
  • Provide technical support for specific new partner integrations and existing partner enhancements – work closely with our internal and partner ad operations teams to QA / implement tracking solutions across platforms and publishers
  • Communicate with key partners driving volume to campaigns to optimize program performance.
  • Provide detailed analysis of key performance metrics and program tracking techniques in order to increase overall performance efficiency and drive ROI for our clients.
  • Work directly with team members to set and manage expectation of client and internal teams.
