About The Position

Tolko’s Planer Supervisors are a driving force behind the day-to-day success, engaging teams, keeping employees safe, and ensuring operations run smoothly. This role is for a leader with manufacturing experience who wants to make a real impact. The Planer Supervisor will join Tolko’s largest sawmill, located in High Level, Alberta. The High Level Lumber Division safely and sustainably produces forest products for customers globally, supporting home and community building. Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of sawmill manufacturing and log quality attributes.
• The ability to find solutions and meet targets and achieve results.

Nice To Haves

• A post-secondary education related to forestry, business or engineering.

Benefits

• Competitive salary based on your skills and experience. The expected base salary range for this position is $80,250 to $107,000 per year.
• Additional northern allowance on top of your base pay.
