The opportunity is for a Plancha Server & Bartender to provide dining support at Plancha, a vibrant restaurant offering modern Latin-American cuisine, classic clubhouse favorites, and locally sourced ingredients with lakeside views. The role involves providing an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards and overseeing proper flow of goods to maximize sales performance.

Requirements

  • 1 –2 years of Food & Beverage experience.
  • Able to read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience
  • Thrive working in a fast paced, and large team environment
  • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
  • High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
  • A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods
  • Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
  • Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities
  • Provides resort guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service, following the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons hotels standards of service.
  • Complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensures that all the details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.
  • Maintain high level of cleanliness, organization, and stocking at the bar.
  • Execute same level of food knowledge and sequence of service as restaurant servers.
