About The Position

We are seeking a Plan Communications Analyst to join our team in VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Plan Communications, the Plan Communications Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping and supporting strategic communications initiatives for plan boards. This position provides expert guidance and insight on complex, cross-functional issues and deliverables, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and thought leadership. The Analyst is responsible for developing and executing high-impact communication strategies, conducting comprehensive research and analysis on internal and external trends—particularly within the evolving pension landscape—and translating insights into actionable recommendations. These findings inform decision-making at the board level and across internal teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. This role is ideal for a communications professional who thrives in a dynamic, analytical environment and is passionate about driving strategic outcomes through clear, compelling, and data-informed communication.
