About The Position
The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Plaintiff Personal Injury Reductions Team Lead. This role is responsible for improving team performance while serving as the department's subject matter expert in reductions, settlement operations, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate leads by example, coaches through accountability, and thrives in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment. This is a hands-on production leadership role.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 3 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury reductions experience with hospital reductions, liens, and medical bill negotiations.
- Minimum 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
- Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm using Litify, Salesforce, or similar case management systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Reductions Specialists.
- Monitor productivity, workload, and reductions performance.
- Review complex hospital, lien, and provider negotiations.
- Review settlement statements and ensure file accuracy.
- Identify workflow improvements and reduce departmental backlogs.
