About The Position
Greenberg Gross LLP, a growing high-stakes boutique trial firm, is seeking an experienced paralegal to support plaintiff litigation matters. The paralegal works one-to-one with an assigned attorney and serves as that attorney’s right hand. The firm seeks a detail-oriented professional with strong follow-through, a thorough understanding of the legal process, and a collaborative approach. Employment litigation experience is a plus. The firm offers an excellent salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of plaintiff litigation experience.
- Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed; travel is described as rare.

- Employment litigation experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting pleadings and discovery.
- Manage case files and electronic discovery, including document review and production.
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews.
- Conduct legal and factual research.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
- Maintain accurate calendars and timekeeping.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
