About The Position

Greenberg Gross LLP is a high-stakes boutique trial firm seeking an experienced paralegal to support plaintiff litigation. The paralegal works one-to-one with an assigned attorney, serving as a close partner in moving cases forward. The firm seeks someone passionate about their work, detail-oriented, dependable in following through, and knowledgeable about the legal process. Employment litigation experience is a plus. The role may require overtime and occasional travel. The firm offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

Requirements

At least 5 years of plaintiff litigation experience.
Proficiency with legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed; travel is rarely required.

Responsibilities

Assist with drafting pleadings and discovery.
Manage case files and electronic discovery, including document review and production.
Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews.
Conduct legal and factual research.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
Maintain accurate calendars and timekeeping.
Perform other assigned tasks.
