About The Position

Greenberg Gross LLP is a high-stakes trial firm tackling some of society's most critical issues. Our plaintiff-side employment practice is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for an attorney who wants to build a long-term career representing employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower matters. We are opening a new office in Phoenix and are looking for the right attorney to join our team to grow our presence withing that market. This is truly a unique opportunity for the right attorney to help establish a new office withing a sizeable nationwide law firm.

Requirements

• Licensed in Arizona with 5+ years of experience
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Passion for representing employees and advancing workplace justice
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients
• Organized, adaptable, and eager to grow

Nice To Haves

• Experience or interest in employment law (internships/clinics) a plus

Responsibilities

• Support case evaluation, strategy development, and legal research
• Handle complaints, discovery, meet-and-confer letters, motions, and briefs
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Work directly with clients to understand their experiences and goals
• Assist with preparing cases for hearings, settlement, or trial
• Collaborate closely with firm management, paralegals, and intake team members
• Perform additional responsibilities that support excellent case outcomes
