Requirements
- Customer service: 3 years (Required)
- Time management
- Project prioritization
- Effective interpersonal communication
- Organized
- Able to “make an ask”
- Basic understanding and ability to work with Microsoft products
- A pre-employment background check is required for this position.
Nice To Haves
- Three years customer engagement skills
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills: email, web navigation, Word, and Excel
- Previous Salesforce experience
