About The Position

Work Ready provides a comprehensive set of employment-oriented services to those receiving Public Assistance benefits, including those who are in need of specific help managing barriers to self-sufficiency. This role, located at 123 S Broad Street, offers flexibility and a hybrid environment, including 2 days each week on-site and 3 days remote. This position is full time, 35 hours per week.

• Experience in job development and job matching
• Experience in tracking and documenting employment information
• Experience in coordinating client job placement goals and job search activities
• Experience in building relationships with employers
• Experience in marketing program services and participants to employers
• Experience engaging clients in employment

Responsibilities

• Oversee all job development activities.
• Oversee customized job development and job matching.
• Ensure diligent tracking and documentation of employment information from all staff.
• Coordinate services regarding clients’ job placement goals and appropriate job search activities.
• Oversee and facilitate relationship building with areas employers.
• Collaborate with organizations providing job placement services.
• Market program services and participants to employers via phone, video conference, and personal contacts.
• Actively engage TANF clients in the direction of employment.
