Technologically proficient: Skilled with working across Mac operating systems, Google Workspace, Slack, DocuSign, Adobe, and various job boards and recruitment/sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Clients to understand their temporary staffing needs, including specific job requirements, duration, and any special qualifications requested.
Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess Candidates’ suitability for temporary roles and efficiently match them with appropriate Client requests.
Manage and respond swiftly to short-notice staffing requests, ensuring quick and effective placement of temporary staff.
Gather feedback from both Clients and Candidates post-placement to ensure satisfaction and continuously improve service quality.
Stay informed about the trends and changes in the domestic placement industry to advise clients and candidates efficiently.
