Requirements

  • Seven years experience in similar role required.
  • Personal or Commercial insurance
  • Analytical experience
  • Product Management or Product Development
  • Experience or knowledge of personal lines property pricing mechanisms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in mathematical or statistical field.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for design, implementation, and monitoring of assigned product features.
  • Develops short term and long term plans for assigned products and product features.
  • Directs development of product pricing and contract changes.
  • Completes performance analysis and shares results with leadership.
  • Participates in development of national product initiatives.
  • Represents enterprise Product team on state, regional and national projects.
  • Stays abreast of industry developments.
  • Negotiates and sets priorities to align product goals with the enterprise Product goals.
  • Facilitates through other parts of the organization to accomplish results.
  • Responsible for providing requirements to IT for system changes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
