About The Position

Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group looking for experienced Pizzaioli and Fornai for their restaurants abroad, primarily in France and Belgium. They are holding a Recruiting Day in Rome on September 22nd to meet interested candidates. The role involves being an integral part of the kitchen team, contributing to the quality and pace of service. The company aims to share the special atmosphere of traditional Italian eateries and create unique moments for customers. They have opened 36 restaurants across various countries in the last 10 years.

Requirements

Experience as a Pizzaiolo or Fornaio.
Good knowledge of doughs and working techniques.
Knowledge and use of the oven.
Attention to quality and product care.
Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations.
Ability to work in a team during a dynamic service.
Passion for the world of pizza.
Desire to have a professional experience abroad.

Responsibilities

Contribute daily to the quality and rhythm of the service as a Pizzaiolo or Fornaio.
Prepare pizzas and baked goods with care and passion.
Utilize knowledge of doughs and working techniques.
Operate and understand the use of the oven.
Ensure attention to product quality and care.
Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
Work effectively within a team during a dynamic service.
