About The Position

Santikos is hiring a Pizza Ninja to provide guests with exceptional service at the pizza concept counter in its Cibolo location. The role involves preparing pizzas according to provided recipes, maintaining consistent product quality, operating kitchen equipment, and keeping the work area clean and sanitized. Pizza Ninjas prepare the service area for each day or night’s service, serve guests in a friendly and personable manner, process orders at the register, and notify guests when orders are ready for pickup using the Apex system. The position is part-time.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Be friendly and outgoing.
• Be flexible with scheduling and able to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Have a can-do attitude and willingness to work.
• Be able to work and collaborate with a team.
• Be dependable with attendance.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas according to provided recipes.
• Maintain consistency with all products served.
• Operate the pizza press and ovens as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and sanitized.
• Ensure the pizza area is adequately prepared for each day’s or night’s service.
• Serve guests with eye contact, a friendly smile, and a personable voice.
• Use a register to take guest orders.
• Send order-pickup notifications to guests through the Apex system and assist with guest needs.
