About The Position

The Pizza Maker prepares and cooks pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications, maintains a clean and organized work area, and follows food safety and hygiene standards. The role involves managing time to prepare orders promptly, collaborating with kitchen staff during busy periods, handling and storing ingredients properly, monitoring inventory, and operating and maintaining pizza-making equipment. The Pizza Maker may also assist with other kitchen duties and provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers.

Requirements

• Food Handler's Certificate required.
• Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques and food safety practices.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
• Basic math skills for accurately measuring ingredients.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
