Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make the correct monetary change.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Standing for most tasks.
Walking for short distances for short durations.
Lifting up to 50 pounds for bulk product deliveries.
Carrying large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 pounds), and trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 pounds per tray).
Pushing to move trays on dollies (up to 7.5 pounds of force).
Infrequently navigating stairs or climbing a ladder.
Stooping/bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching/squatting occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching continuously (up, down, and forward) for various tasks.
Eye-hand coordination is essential.
Use of hands is continuous during the day, frequently requiring one or both hands.
Frequent and/or forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping pizza dough.
Manipulation of a pizza peel and rolling cutter.
Frequent and/or forceful pinching for assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
Ability to grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

Prepare all product to Domino’s Pizza spec, including pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, and sides.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area, including lifting and rotating stock using FIFO.
Move soda from storage area to coolers.
Date all product.
Interact with customers by taking and receiving phone calls and orders in person at the front counter or pickup windows.
Perform Carside delivery, bringing customers their food in all weather conditions.
Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks, including sweeping and mopping, cleaning coolers (interior and exterior), taking out trash, and washing dishes.
