About The Position

Team Next Level, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, has served communities across western and eastern Oklahoma since 2005. The franchise operates 22 stores and is growing. The Pizza Maker/Customer Service Representative prepares pizzas and other menu items, handles customer orders and payments, and helps maintain a clean, welcoming store. The role is part-time or full-time and offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and employee discounts on menu items.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
No formal education required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain focused and upbeat under pressure.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Team-oriented, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

Receive and process in-person and telephone customer orders accurately and promptly.
Assist with preparing pizzas and other menu items according to Domino’s standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and throughout the store.
Provide excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns and questions.
Handle cash and payment transactions accurately and responsibly.
Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to store goals.
Follow Domino’s appearance guidelines.
