About The Position

This role is responsible for preparing pizzas according to established standards, managing the cooking process, and ensuring food safety and sanitation. The position also involves kitchen setup, food preparation, stocking, cleaning, and handling deliveries and inventory.

Requirements

  • Ability to prepare pizza dough by kneading and stretching.
  • Ability to add toppings according to order or recipe.

  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety.
  • Meet special guest requests while ensuring same high-quality standards.
