About The Position

The Pizza Maker prepares pizza dough, adds toppings, monitors oven temperature and cooking time, and slices and plates pizzas according to company standards. The role follows recipes and presentation guidelines, coordinates orders for timely delivery, accommodates special guest requests while maintaining quality, and upholds food safety and sanitation standards. Additional kitchen duties include preparation and portioning, stocking stations and supplies, setting up before opening, cleaning and closing tasks, handling deliveries and food rotation, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and other areas.

Requirements

• Ability to prepare pizza dough by kneading and stretching according to company standards.
• Ability to follow recipes, orders, and presentation guidelines.
• Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Report to work on time in a neat and clean uniform, with well-groomed hair and good personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough by kneading and stretching it according to Oak & Stone standards.
• Add toppings according to the order or recipe.
• Monitor pizza oven temperature and manage cooking time.
• Slice and plate pizzas according to standards.
• Follow company recipes and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Coordinate pizza orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table.
• Meet special guest requests while maintaining the same high-quality standards.
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards.
• Set up the kitchen before opening and set up the soup station.
• Prepare and portion food.
• Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time; stock and restock supplies.
• Clean dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other items.
• Break down and clean the kitchen, mats, and equipment at closing.
• Sweep, spray, and mop floors.
• Maintain clean restrooms, kitchen, and parking lot, including picking up debris and sweeping when necessary.
• Make orders.
• Check in deliveries, label and date food for freshness rotation, and put deliveries away.
• Filter and dispose of grease and take out trash.
• Report to work on time in a neat, clean uniform; maintain well-groomed hair and personal hygiene.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Attend required meetings.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
