Pizza Maker/Shift Leader
About The Position
This role combines pizza-making and shift-lead opportunities at Domino’s. Part-time shift leads earn $1 per hour less than the listed full-time shift-lead rates. All full-time positions are eligible for health insurance and paid time off. Listed pay rates are $10 per hour for part-time customer service representatives/pizza makers, $13 per hour for full-time pizza makers, and $14 per hour for full-time shift leads in Level 1 training. Certified full-time shift leads earn $15 per hour plus bonus after 6–8 weeks at Level 1, $16 per hour plus bonus after three months at Level 1, $17 per hour plus bonus after one year at Level 1, and $18 per hour plus bonus at Level 2 certification (6–12 months). General managers start at $50,000 per year plus bonus.
